The selection of LUTs is applied via the Picture Profile. Different Gammas have different base ISOs and place different restrictions on the minimum ISO available.

Use Picture Profile 4 as a base.

Set the LUT / Gamma

Slog2 gives widest dynamic range, but has a minimum ISO of 800. Cine4 has less dynamic range, but a minimum ISO of 200.

1. Menu > Camera > 6 > Picture Profile > PP4 > Pad Right > Gamma = Cine4 | Slog2

Set the color-space

1. Menu > Camera > 6 > Picture Profile > PP4 > Pad Right > Color Mode = S-Gamut

Reduce the detail

Don't bake the in-camera sharpening into the captured video. Control in post.
